In this episode, we speak with two representatives of the NSV, or the Nationalist Student Association, a Flemish student movement in Belgium with a 40-year history of activism in Flanders. Our guests are Jeroen Bolckmans, the current chairman of the NSV, and Frederik Vandelannoote, a former NSV chapter head and the current editor-in-chief of NSV’s journal, Branding. We discuss the history and aims of the NSV, as well as the plight of the Flemish regionalist movement more generally, as well as its relationship to the larger issues affecting all of Europe.
